Shipping Policy

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We ship to all addresses in the UK. Shipping costs a flat £2.95 per order.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Estimated delivery is 7–15 working days after dispatch, as your parcel is sent from our international fulfilment partners.
• Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Customs, duties and VAT

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Import VAT and customs duties are the customer's responsibility, but no extra VAT or customs charges are added on delivery, as our fulfilment partner takes care of this.

Problems with delivery

If your parcel is late, damaged or lost, email us at trendnytt1@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.
