Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email trendnytt1@gmail.com with your order number and we will reply with instructions.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for our reply with return instructions.
- Send the item back unused and in its original packaging where possible.
Return shipping
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.
